A.P.C gets feminine with Vanessa Seward

By Liz Smith, July 12th, 2012

A.P.C. and Vanessa Seward have collaborated on a capsule collection for fall winter 2012 after finding mutual admiration for each others’ designs. While remaining true to the purity and simplicity with the mainline A.P.C. collection, this collection aims to effortlessly mix Vanessa’s elements of glamor while retaining the spirit of each designer. The collection resulted in three stories in different fabrics: a brocade in both blue and silver and beige and gold, a lurex and silk mousseline where gold and silver mix on a black background, and printed jacquard silk in red and blue. These elegant pieces are produced in artisan units in France and Italy and are made of the highest quality fabrics. The collection includes tops, tunic dresses, blouses, shirt dresses, and a short playsuit, as well as shoes and jewelry. Staying true to the A.P.C. spirit’s of accessible design and fashion, the prices are affordable! Be sure to check out how Vanessa has given typical A.P.C. shapes an inch more feminism and a slightly sexier edge and get some pieces for your autumn wardrobe.

The collection launched yesterday and is now available worldwide in A.P.C. shops and apc.fr.
