Kirsten Dickerson and Sophia Lin are co-founders of humanitarian and eco-friendly accessories brand Raven + Lily, working to provide jobs for marginalized women around the world. These women are paid fair trade wages, and Raven + Lily is dedicated to create better opportunities in the community through education, healthcare, and micro-loans. Their current collections feature exclusive handmade and eco-friendly jewelry and accessories from North India and Ethiopia. The collection from Ethiopia features statement necklaces, earrings, and bracelets created from beads and charms made from melted bullet casings and vintage silver coins. The India collection features recycled cotton papers, hand-carved wood journals, leather jewelry, and natural soaps, empowering marginalized women in Northern India.
