Calypso St. Barth and Siamanda Chege, founder of Bebe Ravi, have collaborated in order to create the Greta Vest, with proceeds of each sale going to help support a community in Nakuru, Kenya. The vest is made of fine Italian yarn and hand crocheted by the women of Kibera, Africa. The vest will be the first women’s piece from Bebe Ravi, a mission-driven company that specializes in hand knit and crocheted children’s garments. Bebe Ravi donates proceeds to the Patrick Chege Memorial Orphanage to help provide children with shelter, food, healthcare, and education. The Greta Vest will be available for purchase online at www.calypsostbarth.com and in Calypso St. Barth stores on March 20th and retails for $350.
