Daily Glow’s Best and Worst Cities for Your Skin
By Maitland Quitmeyer, July 19th, 2012
Daily Glow has recently published the “55 Best and Worst Cities for Your Skin”, a list that is the first of its kind. Using factors like dermatologists per capita, skin cancer rates, and lifestyle indicators, they have determined which locations are best and worst for your skin. Check out their infographic (below) for the 10 best and worst cities.
Climate and low pollution rates help Portland, Oregon top the list of best cities for skin, while the high smoking population and desert climate make Las Vegas the worst city for skin. Regardless of where you live, make sure to reapply sunscreen of at least SPF 30 every two hours and invest in sun protection like hats and swim shirts. Nothing is more chic than healthy skin.
