Known for their intricately embroidered detachable collars, Eleven Objects expands into Ready to Wear fashion for Fall 2012. Veterans of Alexander Wang and CRHEE, designers Linh Thi Do and Christine Rhee, were inspired by the movie Amadeus and New Order album covers designed by Peter Saville. Eleven objects worked with hand applied gold foil and pearls to create new embellishments as well as a mixture of lushly textured fabrics such as metallic brocades, silk organzas, patent leather and latex. The fabric mixture along with the embellishments make perfectly meshed pieces. to compliment their well thought out collars. For Eleven Objects first Ready-to-Wear Collection it’s safe to say this Fall the collection will definitely be seen on the streets.
