Even for those without an athletic bone in their body (present company included), come summer, the “just came from the gym” look holds its appeal. Whether or not you’ve just hopped off the eliptical or the subway, however, the bright colors and streamlined shapes of Burberry Sport’s spring looks scream effortless cool.

Casual fits in whites, greys and blacks make up the bulk of the men’s and women’s collections, with flashes of bright yellow, royal blue and fire engine red interspersed on waterproof trenches, fleece zip ups and hoodies. Like usual, Burberry nails it with the jackets, which come either long and loose or short and fitted, like a quicksilver metallic women’s sports jacket.

Sporty aviators in white, black or red detail complement the look, as well as two chunky men’s watches so textured the buttons resemble mini grenades. The collection doesn’t stop at clothing and accessories, however. The Burberry Sport scent (a juicy floral for women, a woodsy, citrus musk for men) comes in graphic, rectangular bottles to follow along with the athletic theme. Despite the fact that it’s the winter and not the summer Olympics that just occurred, we think it’s perfectly acceptable to look (or smell—floral or woodsy, that is) like you’re coming straight from the race track.
