iGet.it Launches in the United States

iGet.it (www.iGet.it), a leading e-commerce site for cutting-edge design based in Canada, is officially expanding to the USA. A pop-up shop will launch during New York City’s Design Week (May 18 to 21), to celebrate iGet.it’s partnership with the design fair WantedDesign. The shop is open to the public, showcasing innovative design offerings, and will be conveniently located near the main entrance of the WantedDesign fair.

iGet.it is rapidly becoming one of the foremost online destinations for exclusive high-end shopping and showcases exceptional design discoveries, including luxury goods, home decor, electronics, kitchenware, and fashion accessories, as well as gifts and recreation and lifestyle products. iGet.it has distinguished itself from existing sites because the products it features are chosen by a team of discriminating and specialized tastemakers and curators. New York-based product designer Frederick McSwain is the latest addition to the curatorial team, which includes the likes of curators such as Josée Lepage and Alissia MT. By providing targeted offerings, the site’s layout reads more like a curated exhibit.

The pop-up shop is iGet.it’s first physical showcase and will provide iGet.it members with a look at its new offerings and design discoveries, including exclusive products from WantedDesign’s exhibitors. WantedDesign products will be available online at www.iget.it for three weeks following the fair. Below are a few examples of products offered on the site:
