Flip flop season is just around the corner. Love the summer staple, but wish for a more fashionable pair? For the second year in a row, Missoni and Havaianas has partnered together to release a limited-edition collection of four eco-friendly styles for men, women, and kids. The collection will launch in June and feature four styles. The design of the collection demonstrates Missoni and Havaianas involvement with the environment. The flip flops are made by using leftover rubber pieced from the manufacturing process and feature photo print technique to apply Missoni’s pattern on to the sole. Going a step farther in their eco-conscious efforts, the exclusive packaging is made of recyclable material that enhances the renowned zig-zag pattern.

Last year, the entire collection sold out within 24 hours on the Havaianas website. so there’s no doubt that this time around these will go just as fast. The adult sizes cost $70 and the kids ones $50. They will be available at Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, all Missoni shops and www.us.havaianas.com.
