Check out the Morgan Carper trunk show this Thursday from 6-9 pm. It’s being held at American Two Shot, a brand new supercool boutique in Soho. Morgan will be showing the fall/winter 2012 collection, which will be available for pre-order. The trunk show will also include new summer pieces for sale.

Featuring outerwear, dresses, maxi skirts, and palazzo pants, the fall collection was inspired by Morgan’s recent trip to Southeast Asia. There, she spent time with local artisans practicing techniques of dyeing and creating traditional ikat and batik. The fall collection reflects the detailing and printing she learned there.
