Robyn has certainly had a roller coaster career. Starting off as a Scandinavian import in the Britney/Christina mold (remember the 90’s “Show me Love?”), she then stepped out of the spotlight altogether to reevaluate her career. Robyn reemerged a few years back with a new sound (smart, electro pop), a new hair cut (shaved on one side) and a voracious work ethic (she’ll be releasing an unheard of three albums this year). Now, one of her anxiously awaited singles has been revealed.

Called “None of Dem,” the song features Norwegian electric group Röyksopp and plenty of attitude. It’s decidedly more hip hop than past efforts, but maintains the electro club vibe that’s dominated her recent sound. Listen to the track on Robyn’s site, and look out for the first of her 2010 albums, “Body Talk Pt 1” on June 14th.
