Tadashi Shoji’s Spring 2013 RTW collection was a display of femininity that would cater perfectly to any red carpet. Chantilly lace, sheer overlays, and delicate floral prints dominated the show. Shoji’s collection of gowns and cocktail attire tended to focus on showing the shape of a woman, rather than showing her skin. The evening wear came in an array of jewel tones, but there were also several stunning looks in nude and black. Bands of multicolored, sheer embroidered lace gave an added level of interest to many of the gowns. Tadashi Shoji’s collection this season has set the standard for romance.
