Summer Scents: Cire Trudon’s Odalisque Candle

By Maitland Quitmeyer, June 21st, 2012

Cire Trudon has released the Odalisque candle, celebrating the season with a scent reminiscent of a summer day. With top notes of lemon and orange, middle notes of orange blossom, and base notes of juniper, the scent is both fresh and romantic, inspired by a long history.

Odalisque is part of Cire Trudon’s 18-candle collection, which serve as an invitation to experience the height of luxury of the past and present. Inspired by Jean Auguste Dominique’s portrait of Caroline Bonaparte of the same name, Odalisque evokes a Romantic Orientalist painter’s ideals with orange blossom and hints of vanilla.

The scent is available in the Classic Candle, Grande Bougie (Great Candle), and Room Spray. Check them out at www.ciretrudon.com
