Even though it isn’t even officially summer yet (though we are very grateful for the recent shorts weather we’ve had in New York), we can’t help but get a bit excited for December and January—for the 2010-2011 Chanel Resort Collection, that is. And though we obviously can’t wait for those free-flowing florals and bright blues, pinks and greens to hit stores come winter, we’re equally anticipating the makeup used at the show in Saint-Tropez. After all, they looked pretty good on our girls Heidi, Natasha, Jacquelyn and Karolina.

While some of the cosmetics aren’t due to hit stores until as late as next March, we have a bulk of the products, like the Soleil Tan de Chanel Sheer Illuminating Fluid (for your cheeks), the Le Vernis Nail Colour in Jade Rose (for your fingers and toes) and the Soin Tendre Lèvres Hydra-Treatment Lip Care SPF 15 (for your lips) to keep us busy while we wait. Be on the lookout for the new Vitalumière Aqua Foundation, available in March 2011, the Ombres Contraste Duo Eyeshadow Duo in Taupe-Délicat in September. And if you want to know our absolute favorite (of course you do) it’s the still unnamed, baby blue pastel nail polish– and that ring/bracelet combo isn’t too bad, either.
