Uniqlo’s UT Grand PRIX designs available Now

Japanese super-retailer, Uniqlo has linked up with America’s most valuable beverage brand. You guessed it, Coca-Cola. The store launched a new collection of ten t-shirts with graphics inspired by everyone’s favorite carbonated drink designed by emerging designers from all over the world this Monday. The store’s 8th annual UT Grand PRIX T-shirt design contest encouraged participants to focus on Coke’s values of happiness and optimism that have directed the company for over 125 years. Uniqlo received over 6,000 submissions from 72 countries and settled on the ten illustrations that best captured the essence of the extremely iconic soft drink. The tees are now available at Uniqlo stores in New York, globally, and online at Uniqlo.com for $19.90. They seem pretty happy to me.
