The D&G Spring/Summer 2011 show was the garden party of dreams; imagine gingham and overalls by day, and flowing chiffon by night. The runway was strewn with roses and peonies, and the models took to the catwalks in every floral print imaginable. The show began with ensembles meant for working amidst the hydrangeas—like canvas pants, midriff gingham tops and one-pieces with adorning head scarves—and slowly built up to cocktail length dresses and floor-length billowing gowns.

You know you’ve spotted it on the runway and whether you’re going to your ski cabin in Colorado or flying to the Alps, the Lily Twist bag from the D&G fall/winter accessories collection will keep all of your essentials safe from the snow. With beautiful fox fur and adorable charms, we think the Lily Twist bag should be this winter’s “It bag”. Stylish, soft and efficient, it’s something you will want to pack in your suitcase next to your boyfriend’s ski wear for this winter’s vacation.

Fashion never stops—even when you’re gliding down snow-covered mountains at very high (and exhilarating) speeds. D&G knows this well: its new ski mask collection launches this October, just in time for the winter season. Customized for both men and women, the masks are big and bold—think: gradient lenses and thick rims in dramatic red, blue, gold and silver (and additional black and white for guys). What’s more, the goggles don’t just look the part; high-tech features like the double lens and antifog system are designed to increase visibility. And did we mention that the women’s pairs come encrusted with 2,500 Swarovski crystals? Just a minor detail. (Pick up the limited-edition Swarovski pairs at D&G boutiques in New York, Milan, Paris and London.) If your moves on the slopes don’t get you noticed, we’d say these definitely will.

Partly because Father’s Day is approaching, but mostly because we like them, we’ve put together a selection of D&G watches so large in scope they would satisfy any man. Everyone’s represented here, from a rainbow-colored watch face that resembles a game board (Kanye West), to a weathered leather strap and tortoise-shell frame (Indiana Jones), to a navy rubber strap (Michael Phelps) and finally a slick, shiny time piece (any classic silver fox). Sometimes, men have fewer options when accessorizing—but not in this case. And if you’re planning on going the Father’s Day route with these, you must have a pretty cool dad.
