Here at CITYist we are huge fans of the classic Federico Fellini movie La Dolce Vita. It would be amazing to spend the summer in Rome or the Italian countryside riding a bicycle down the cobble stone streets or shopping in the open air markets. Though florals for spring may not seem that revolutionary, designers have a new take this season on the once colorful floral patterns. Yes, there are still plenty of colors to go around. Some designers, like Marni and even Kate Spade, have taken a darker turn on the floral accessories. Added harsh blacks and heavy metals, the floral trend is looking more chic than ever before.
