The rain in New York City has been relentless the past few days and has required me to dust off my Hunter rainboots. I must admit, it took me awhile to find the perfect rubber boots that would keep the rain from soaking my feet but would also look nice while I was out and about. I finally selected a pair of light blue tall Hunter rain boots and have not looked back since. With all this rain, it became my task to see what other trendy rain boots are out there to keep the fashionable people stylish without looking like they were going to sea. The ultimate Euro water brand (with gas, as the Europeans say), has teamed up with the Italian fashion house to produce a limited-edition design featuring Missoni branding and a blue zig zag sleeve (see after the jump). Unveiled last week at the Missoni men’s Spring 2011 presentation, the collaboration marks the first time Pellegrino has allowed an outsider to design the bottle in a century. So not only will this mark new fashionable heights for your picnic basket, but it also marks a historical breakthrough.
