It’s almost that time of year again: time for sipping champagne, gazing at views of the Manhattan skyline and vaguely watching that British sport called polo—also known as the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic. And today, there’s some breaking news: Prince Harry will once again take up the mallet to compete. For polo admirers and, simply, admirers, Harry will be matched up with polo champ and Ralph Lauren model Nacho Figueras at the event on June 27th at Governor’s Island. If the prince doesn’t impress you (though we can’t imagine why he wouldn’t) previous attendees, including Madonna, Kate Hudson and Marc Jacobs, might.
