Now, I don’t know if I’m the only CITYist who’s noticed, though I highly doubt that, but it’s incredibly warm outside! I mean, seriously. Literally everybody in New York City has shed their winter coats and layers and is walking around with smiles on their faces as we embrace this warm weather. I swear I even saw a girl strutting around in a fluttery dress and flip flops.
