Reid’s “Rise” for Relief

April is known for its wet weather, but this past month of showers were accompanied by raging storms and devastating tornados. As a resident of Florence, Alabama, designer Billy Reid desgined a t-shirt to help aid the ravished communities. Named “The Rise,” Reid’s vintage style tees retail for $38 and are sold online at www.billyreid.com and in his six national stores.

Two best friends, two different standpoints, one collaboration, and GENERATION LOVE was born. Founded by designers, and best friends, Roni Hirshberg and Audrey Bressa-Valcourt, GENERATION LOVE features a collection of handmade tees created right here in New York City. Both designers drew out inspiration from their deep admiration for the classic tee-shirt and jeans ensemble to create new edgy tees that reflect and embody the unique personalities of both ladies.
