By Tiffany Yannetta, July 9th, 2010

When it comes to fashion and travel, we’ve done our best to keep you in the loop with all things World Cup related: like our Fantasy Football spread, themed polos from Fred Perry and a place to watch it all at Puma’s pop up shop—hell, we even told you where to go if you actually went to the World Cup. And as the end draws near, we leave you with Tod’s “My Colors” bracelets. Just in time for Germany vs. Spain.

World Cup: The End is Near

By Eva Medoff, July 6th, 2010

The international party also known as the World Cup is coming to an end shortly, and if you haven’t gotten out to watch the games, it might be worth stopping by Puma’s pop up bar/store/club/activity space at the South Street Seaport. Now through Sunday, you can go to Puma City to pick up gear, sip booze at the beer garden and of course watch the match. Catch the promo video after the jump. And if your tastes lean more toward fashion than sports, be sure to check out our drool-worthy World Cup photo shoot.

Walk the Line

By Eva Medoff, June 7th, 2010

LES bar Mason Dixon might be most closely associated with the Old South (it is, after all, named after a very famous line), but that doesn’t mean they can’t host festivities for the international sporting event that is the World Cup. The bar will be opening early for games all month long and rolling out some serious deals starting this Friday. And trust us: if you’re planning on taking advantage of these specials, you better lace up your drinking shoes.

World Cup of Foosball

Join 55DSL, Diesel’s graphic sportswear brand, for the fantastically titled Galactic Battle of Foosball this Thursday and Friday in order to win a chance to attend the ultimate thing of foosball and football dreams, the World Cup.

World Cup Rally

By Eva Medoff, April 19th, 2010

Starting today, soccer (or football) fans can wear their World Cup excitement on their sleeve with these limited-edition polos from Fred Perry. The 12 tournament shirts represent the key competing nations, including Britain, Italy and Brazil. Simplistic, preppy and oh-so-spirited, we’re sure everyone from Hooligans to the less unruly, average fan will be pleased with such a strong (and fashionable) statement of team loyalty.
